The hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to reef cruises and all the main bars, restaurants, and shops right outside. The rooms, though small and lacking natural light, were relatively quiet given the central location. The service was a mixed bag with helpful and kind staff but also instances of incompetence and borderline rudeness. Overall, a convenient spot with some drawbacks.

Despite a run-down room with torn sheets and dirty shelves, the hotel offers friendly service and a fantastic location close to everything in PD. The dining options and outdated rooms could use some improvement, but the convenient location and friendly staff stand out.

The room we stayed in, with a separate bedroom and spa, was extremely run down with torn sheets and dirty shelving around the table. The drinking glasses were filthy. The rooms are a little outdated and could do with a bit of an overhaul.

The service, once at 10:30 am during the entire 3-day stay, was nice but at times incompetent. The staff gave incorrect information about tour pick-ups, didn't know much about available tours, and even walked out on me when I asked to book a shuttle bus. Despite this, they are friendly and willing to cater to any needs.

I didn't even have to see another human being due to the great location. The hotel is excellent, but the disappointing service was a letdown considering how it could be a great hotel.
